From the initial inquiry to the moment you receive your stationery, I will cheerfully answer any questions and offer guidance every step of the way. Whether you can’t decide on a photo, you need advice on colors, or you just don’t know where to begin, I’m here for you.
I personally prepare a digital proof for every order. You don’t have to fumble with clumsy online customizers and cross your fingers that your cards will print the way you intended. I’ll email you a mock up of your chosen design, personalized with your photo and names. I can even show you more than one photo, and let you decide which looks best! Your holiday cards aren’t printed until you love the way they look. I can also print your envelopes to make mailing a breeze! All you need to do is stuff, seal, stamp, and send them on their way.

1. PICK YOUR FAVORITE DESIGN
Browse Banter & Charm’s Christmas card collection and find the design that makes you merry. Not sure if your photo will work? Just ask! I can make a photo work in almost any design, but I’ll also suggest alternatives if I think your photo will look better in a different layout.
2. PLACE YOUR ORDER
Head to the shop and purchase your favorite Christmas card. Need a different quantity? Let me know and I’ll make it happen.
3. SUBMIT INFO
Email your personalization requests and photo(s) to sarah@banterandcharm.com Make sure to include your names, color choices, backer choice, and photo(s). See more about the customization options
4. DESIGN PHASE
Proofs are sent to your email address within 2 business days of ordering and sending in ALL personalization details photo(s), names, color choices, backer choice, upgrade requests, address list
Two free revisions are included in your purchase. Additional revisions are $15 each. Revised proofs are sent within 1 business day.
5. PRODUCTION
3-5 days for flat printing, 7 days for foil stamp
Once everything is approved, I begin the production and printing phase of the order.
6. SHIPPING
1-5 business days
Christmas cards and invites ship via FedEx Ground from Alabama. Upgrade to 3-day, 2-day, or 1-day shipping for an additional cost.
Orders that include envelope liner assembly require an additional 3-5 business days for production and will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
